How I Can Become a New Successful Teacher

This year I started teaching fourth grade at a new school. The school is incredibly high performing with a wide variety of curricular options. Students come to school ready to learn and are well prepared for the rigorous curriculum.

Michelle is a new educator who recently began her primary grade teaching profession in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a passionate educator, Michelle supports diverse student needs and fosters collaborative family engagement at the school. She engages whole child learning for students to become proactive members of our global community.  As Michelle continues her journey as a younger teacher, she will reflect on her educational experiences working in public school classrooms in various communities.
